Bring your own or rent a boat, paddle boards, or kayaks and launch them at the nearby neighborhood boat ram. The waterfront is at your fingertips. Weeklong dock access makes for easy excursions to the Intracoastal Waterway or Masonboro Island! The large backyard with the looming Live Oak Tree overlooks the peaceful creek making it the perfect place to spend any seasonal nights with friends and family. Build a fire in the Solo Stove and enjoy beautiful days and nights reminiscing on memories while making s’mores. This beautiful lot provides plenty of space to create new memories and family traditions.

At the heart of this property, you’ll find an open floor plan family and kitchen space flooded by gorgeous natural light flowing in from the massive sliding wall to wall windowed doors. To one side, a large couch faces a sizable flat-screen TV, while behind that is a dining area with seating for eight. Adjacent, is a large kitchen with all the necessities needed to prepare meals throughout the week. There is ample countertop space on the breakfast bar with bar stool seating for six. Not only is the main living space a prime location for taking in the stunning marsh view, the room over from it holds an open entertainment space and features a foosball table, arcade games, a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open up to the backyard deck. Whiskey Creek exudes charm and easy entertaining. There is a sleeping nook beside the window with one twin-sized bed. An additional sleeping area can be found off of the game room with one twin-sized bed.

Proceed down the hallway to find three additional private bedrooms. The primary suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, TV and en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Down the hall is the second bedroom, which has two twin-sizedbeds, TV and walk-in closet. A full bathroom is located nearby which is shared with the third bedroom. This room has a queen-sized bed, TV and two walk-in closets. An upstairs loft area has a full over full bunk and a twin, sleeping a total of 5. There is third full shower-only bathroom located near the kitchen.

This property is a 25-minute drive to Wrightsville Beach where you can find world class surfing, local events and concerts, the Wrightsville Beach Municipal Park, fresh seafood, and a vibrant nightlife. Carolina Beach is a 20-minute drive from the house and is famous for shopping on the boardwalk, the North Carolina Aquarium, Fort Fisher State Park, and sumptuous dining. Boats can be launched at the public Trails End Boat Ramp, which is at the end of the street, Trails End Road (613 Trails End Rd). One boat trailer is allowed to park on the property.
